Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a cancellation or return on your order. However, we can, at any time, at our sole discretion, cancel your order after intimating you about our decision (unserviceable pin code being the primary reason) behind the cancellation. In such instances, the amount will be refunded to you through your original mode of payment.
Duplicate Clause: If customer pays twice for the same order, then the refund will be initiated for one transaction, subsequent to informing us at [email protected]
Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, once the replacement warranty expires.
For example, in the instance of a mattress costing Rs. 10,000/-, with a total warranty of 10 years, we will replace the product within the first 5 years. If the defect appears after 6 years of purchase, pro-rata money-back calculation will apply for the balance 4 years: Rs. 10,000 x 4/10 = Rs. 4,000/-.
Exchanges are not permitted in cases where the wrong size, thickness, colour and variety have been ordered. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For product damage during transit, it is essential that the customer inspects the product carefully at the time of accepting delivery for signs of external damage, such as hook marks, rope cuts on fabric cover, etc. If the product is damaged, customers are advised to not accept the delivery. Failure in doing so will make you ineligible for transit damage claims.
In case of manufacturing defects, such as size variations (limited to size variations in length and breadth exceeding 10mm), sagging, crumbling and natural disintegration of only the core and not the cover under normal conditions of domestic use, please inform us at [email protected] and we will send our Service Executive to inspect the product. Once we have inspected the product and are satisfied that it is indeed a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product and bear the shipping costs thereof. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
